Return Process

  Contact our customer service team via email or visit our showroom with your original sales receipt to begin the return authorization process.

  Inspection and Approval

  All returned furniture must be in new, unassembled condition; our quality control team will inspect the items to ensure they are free of damage or wear.

  Schedule Pickup or Drop-off

  Once approved, you can personally return smaller items to our outlet warehouse or schedule a professional pickup service for larger furniture pieces for a nominal fee.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After the items are received and verified at our warehouse, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus any applicable restocking or delivery fees.
